I am a construction law specialist with over 35 years’ experience in construction disputes in New Zealand and overseas. I have an MSc in construction law from Kings College London, and I am a Fellow of Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.
The services I offer include all forms of construction dispute resolution: adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, dispute review board member, and independent neutral. I also sit as an arbitrator in property related matters such as dilapidation claims, rent reviews and unit title disputes. I no longer provide advice or advocacy services to clients. I work throughout New Zealand, Samoa, Fiji and other Pacific Island states.
I have knowledge of and insights into the construction industry through acting for principals, contractors and subcontractors throughout my career.
